Michelle Fickle is a PreK-5 Instructional Coach with the Richland School District with a master's degree in literacy education and is UDL Level 3 certified through CAST. She is passionate about partnering with teachers to plan and execute high-quality instruction that meets the needs of all students regardless of their strengths or needs. She most recently co-designed and co-delivered three year-long professional learning opportunities designed to give teachers, administrators, and other educational professionals a solid foundation of Universal Design for Learning and how its instructional design can help remove barriers to student learning in classrooms.
