Dates and Hours
The NCCE 24 exhibit will be held in Seattle, Washington at the Seattle Convention Center. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel.

Thursday, February 15

Setup Schedule
Setup can happen during these times:
Wednesday, February 14
11:00 a.m.–7 p.m.
Thursday, February 15
7:30 a.m.–9 a.m.
Installation must be complete by 9 a.m., Thursday, February 15. Setup will not be permitted during exhibit hours.
Dismantle Schedule
Dismantle will occur:
Friday, February 16
3 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Exhibits must remain in place until 3 p.m., Friday, February 16, when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees.
