Liza Francisco Voss is the Chief Technology Officer for Franklin Pierce Schools, with 33 years of experience in educational technology and 18 years in leadership roles. She leads districtwide technology strategy, systems modernization, cybersecurity, and digital learning initiatives that enhance instructional effectiveness and operational resilience. She leads the district’s implementation of technology tools, designed to enhance instructional engagement and expand interactive learning opportunities for students and educators. Her leadership emphasizes sustainable, secure, and student-centered technology ecosystems that support long-term instructional excellence. A dedicated advocate for Women in Technology, she actively promotes mentorship, representation, and professional pathways that support women pursuing and advancing in technical fields. Liza is the current President of the Board for NCCE and will serve in this role for three years.
