Dates and Hours
The NCCE 26 exhibit will be held in Seattle, Washington at the Seattle Convention Center. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel.
Exhibit Hall Days
Thursday, February 26
| 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m. | Exhibit Hall Open |
Friday, February 28
| 10 a.m.–3 p.m. | Exhibit Hall Open |
Setup Schedule
Setup can happen during these times:
Wednesday, February 25
11:00 a.m.–7 p.m.
Thursday, February 26
7:30 a.m.–9 a.m.
Installation must be complete by 9 a.m., Thursday, February 26. Setup will not be permitted during exhibit hours.
Dismantle Schedule
Dismantle will occur:
Friday, February 27
3 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Exhibits must remain in place until 3 p.m., Friday, February 27, when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees.
