Description: Today’s world is full of fast paced media, constant distractions and an emphasis on multitasking. Unfortunately, that may not be the best way to actually get anything done. This session will focus on the impact of a high-media world and how it is impacting our ability to sustain attention and focus, and what we can do to help ourselves, and our students, better cultivate sustained focus in order to accomplish more and create more meaningful learning opportunities.
