Dates and Hours
The NCCE 25 exhibit will be held in Seattle, Washington at the Seattle Convention Center. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel.
Exhibit Hall Days
Thursday, February 27
| 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m. | Exhibit Hall Open |
| 10–11 a.m. | Exhibit Hall Blitz |
| 12–1 p.m. | Lunch and Exhibit Hall Blitz |
| 4–5:30 p.m. | After Hours Celebration in the Exhibit Hall |
Friday, February 28
| 10 a.m.–3 p.m. | Exhibit Hall Open |
| 10–11 a.m. | Exhibit Hall Blitz |
| 2 p.m. | Exhibit Hall Raffle drawings begin |
Setup Schedule
Setup can happen during these times:
Wednesday, February 26
11:00 a.m.–7 p.m.
Thursday, February 27
7:30 a.m.–9 a.m.
Installation must be complete by 9 a.m., Thursday, February 27. Setup will not be permitted during exhibit hours.
Dismantle Schedule
Dismantle will occur:
Friday, February 28
3 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Exhibits must remain in place until 3 p.m., Friday, February 28, when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees.
