Christine Walker was raised in McMinnville, Oregon in a German-American family speaking German first and learning English in school. At Southern Oregon University she earned a BA in German and an MA in Teaching. Christine has been teaching since 2005 at Fernley HS in Nevada, St. James ES in Oregon and is currently at McMinnville High School as the German Teacher. At MHS she teaches all German classes and chairs the World Languages Department. She also runs the German American Partnership Program Exchange at MHS. Christine also works as a Teacher Mentor and Educational Consultant for Modern Classrooms Project.
