Lydia is dedicated to fostering inclusive and innovative learning experiences. With expertise in instructional leadership and a passion for positively impacting education, she guides educators in leveraging technology strategically. Her versatile teaching career spans roles as a 1st Grade Online teacher, Elementary Reading Specialist, K-6 Special Education teacher, and currently, a district K-12 Digital Support Specialist. Lydia holds a Graduate Dyslexia Certification, MA in Educational Leadership, Dual Bachelor of Arts in Special Education K-12 and General Education K-8, and an Idaho Literacy Endorsement. Outside the classroom, Lydia enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 busy boys.

Katie Mason has worked in Idaho and Oregon schools for the past 22 years, holding a Master’s in Educational Technology and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership. She has been an elementary teacher, PE teacher, District Instructional Specialist, District Mentor, and is currently a Multilingual Specialist. She is a passionate educator who focuses on successful teaching techniques and standards-based instruction to maximize student engagement and growth. She is happily married to her best friend and they have three children. She is an avid skier and also enjoys paddle boarding. She takes pleasure in connecting with educators across the country.

Paige Somoza encourages student creativity and choice and believes these are important skills that will serve students as 21st century problem solvers. In her role as an Learning Coach for the Boise School District she encourages and trains educators to become risk takers in their own classroom by using mastery teaching strategies, project based learning, and virtual experiences. Paige is a PBS Digital Innovator All-Star. In this role she has created content, hosted professional development series, and has supported new coming All-Stars as a coach and mentor.
