How AI Works: A Primer for Educators

This workshop will introduce you to artificial intelligence and machine learning, dive into how generative AI works including large-language models and image generation, explore bias, ethics, privacy, and the responsible use of AI, and touch on real-world applications of AI. - Get an introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning. - Practice key concepts included in Code.org AI and Machine Learning unit. - Engage with Code.org’s AI Lab. - Explore additional content included in Code.org AI and Machine Learning unit.

BYOD Needs:
Internet connectivity and access to a web browser. No apps or software other than those needed.
Note: Be sure your electronic device has a fully charged battery as only limited power sources will be available.
