With generative AI, what curricular changes need to happen? How do you assess learning when AI can complete traditional assessments with a high level of accuracy? The answer is: utilize the human advantage. Let’s experience two activities that you can easily repeat in your classroom—Chopped: AI-Stars and Beat the Expert: AI Edition. Both of these strategies embrace AI and focus on what humans can do that AI cannot (as well as embrace a little competition!). You will experience the strategies, then have time to debrief and brainstorm tweaks and additional ideas.
