Coaching with a Playbook
Seattle Convention Center - 612
For years we've struggled as Digital Learning coaches to shift teachers thinking away from seeing us as tech support to recognizing our value as Instructional Coaches with a flair for technology. Last year we spent the year diving into Jim Knight's Impact Cycle and we developed a Digital Learning Playbook to help us be more intentional about how we go about coaching teachers to integrate technology and narrow our focus. In this session, we will share the steps we took to develop a comprehensive Playbook and what we learned along the way.
