Equity, Collaboration, and You!

Tuesday, March 21, 11:00 am–11:50 am
Marriott - Marriott - Stadium

In 2020, the pandemic has highlighted inequities in education that several of us knew existed, but may not have had the tools to attempt to fix. Now that we are two years past 2020 and schools are attempting to return to some semblance of “normal,” we have to ask ourselves: what did “normal” truly look like, did “normal” work for everybody, and how can we make “normal” more equitable? This session focuses specifically on creating equitable solutions for collaboration, communication, and goal-setting in schools. We will dive deep into strategies for meaningful collaboration across departments and schools, as well as how inter-departmental lessons and curriculum can help positively impact students and staff.
