Jess Gleason brings over sixteen years of experience in K–12 education, with roles spanning a school district, an Educational Service District (ESD), and WSIPC along with 5 years' experience in the Healthcare Technology industry. This diverse background gives Jess a unique, system-wide perspective of the technical and operational needs of Washington’s K–12 community. For the past four years, Jess has been deeply involved in the statewide transition from SMS2.0\Pac to Qmlativ, working closely with districts and support teams to ensure a successful move to the modern platform.
