Tyler Boaz is the Help Desk Lead for Kent School District, where he drives district-wide technology and customer support, leads IT communications, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. He specializes in modernizing support operations through AI-powered knowledge management, Performance Thinking frameworks, and data-driven service design that connects to meaningful district outcomes. With a focus on user-centered IT, automation, and sustainable workflows, Tyler helps schools, families, and staff navigate technology with clarity and confidence. He is passionate about continuous learning and growing as a leader. Outside of work, Tyler is married, a father of two, and enjoys sports, like golf.

Amie is the Assistant Director of Technology Support Services at the Kent School District, where she leads IT technology support, customer support, and strategic initiatives that enhance teaching and learning. Passionate about leadership development, she fosters collaboration, emotional intelligence, and continuous growth within her team. Outside of work, Amie is an avid Toastmaster and VP of Public Relations for her club, where she hones her public speaking and storytelling skills. She is also a motorcyclist, cyclist, golfer, and active member of the Warrior Angel Riders, a nonprofit promoting women’s empowerment.
