Are you ready to break the mold of traditional conference sessions? So are we!
The NCCE 2026 Conference Program Committee is pleased to invite you to share your knowledge and expertise by presenting at NCCE 2026, which will be held on February 25 - 27, 2026 at the Seattle Convention Center in Seattle, WA.
This year, NCCE 26 is all about transforming the way we engage, explore, and experience learning—just like we hope our students do every day. We're moving away from the “sit and get” approach and leaning into hands-on, minds-on, feet-moving sessions that spark curiosity, creativity, and collaboration.
We’re looking for dynamic educators and ed tech enthusiasts to lead interactive sessions that get participants doing—not just listening. Whether it’s trying out emerging tools, engaging in real-time problem solving, or diving into simulations and design challenges, we want sessions that bring learning to life. Think active learning, meaningful play, and practical takeaways that attendees can implement right away.
If you're excited about energizing educators and modeling the kinds of rich, student-centered learning experiences we want for our classrooms, we want to hear from you. Let's build a conference experience that’s anything but ordinary!
At NCCE, we celebrate diversity and are deeply committed to creating professional learning experiences that uplift a wide range of voices and perspectives. We welcome and encourage proposals that are innovative, inclusive, and reflective of the diverse communities we serve. Proposals that thoughtfully address equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices will receive strong consideration as we work together to ensure all educators—and the students they support—feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Audience
NCCE brings together a diverse community of educators from across the country, with a strong presence from the Pacific Northwest. Our attendees represent all subject areas and levels of education—from classroom teachers to district leaders and higher education professionals. We're thrilled to offer a rich, dynamic program designed to provide meaningful, relevant learning for everyone. Our sessions will include:
Targeted Learning Strands

Sessions should be designed to actively engage participants and spark new ideas they can take back to their schools. We’re especially excited to feature interactive sessions and workshops that offer a “field trip” feel—immersive, hands-on experiences that bring learning to life.
