Friday, February 28, 12:00 pm–12:50 pm
Seattle Convention Center - 608

In the modern world, we spend many hours per day on devices. The combination of required and elective screen time has a direct impact on our physical bodies. In this session we will discuss the areas of our body impacted the most, look at the science and research, and do some basic yoga poses/stretches and breathing techniques to help bring our bodies closer to a healthy balance. No yoga pants or yoga experience required!
