No More Surprises: A Needs Assessment and Budget Building Collaboration Tool

We’ve all experienced implementation issues when curriculum and technology do not pre-plan together. Attendees will learn about a free educational needs assessment tool which is designed to facilitate conversations among departments in a school district, with the goal of producing a three-year technology growth plan. This session will focus on the collaborative process of building a technology environment to support instructional, curricular, safety and operational needs.

The 2020 NCCE Outstanding Technology Leader of the Year, Mark has previously presented at NCCE, The Association for Learning Environments (Architecture) Conference, TechFest, and for Microsoft. He has led hundreds of parent, community, school board and staff presentations. He has also been member of national K-12 education advisory councils for Microsoft, Lenovo and Acer.
