We all have a story to tell. How do we empower our students to share their voices in compelling ways using the media they have at their fingertips? How do we facilitate the teaching and learning opportunities to develop digital literacy and fluency skills? In this session we will explore creation strategies and tools that will help your students learn how to own their digital identities and harness their personal digital power.

Tanya Avrith is a passionate educator and author of “The Google Infused Classroom”; from Montreal Canada, now living in South Florida. She is a Google Certified Innovator, Apple Distinguished Educator and an Adobe Education Leader. With deep roots as a teacher and pedagogue, Tanya works with schools to help plan and execute large scale deployments and professional development plans for digital citizenship, technology integration initiatives and organizational development in schools. Tanya currently works at Adobe as the North American Education Evangelist.
