Makers Gonna Make!

Schools all over the country are setting aside time and space for their students to get creative and tinker in a designated Makerspace. A makerspace can be a place or a designated time of the day. There are so many options! Come learn about the different ways schools are getting into the Maker Movement and how you might bring these experiences to your own students. Learn about FREE resources and real classroom examples to help you implement makerspace activities in your school or classroom.

Nikki Vradenburg Nikki Vradenburg, MontanaPBS

Nikki Vradenburg is the Director of Education and Technology Integration Specialist for MontanaPBS. She works with teachers in rural schools to successfully integrate technology in their classrooms. An educator since 2001, Nikki has taught K-5 students in a rural school for most of her classroom teaching career. She is a National Board Certified teacher with a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and is honored to have been a finalist for Montana Teacher of the Year in 2017. Nikki is also currently working on her Ed.D in Curriculum and Instruction at Montana State University.
